The current era (2022–2027)

2025–26 Utah Jazz

22–60 · worst record in the Western Conference (tied with Sacramento at 22–60, lost the tiebreaker on record against Western Conference opponents) · Delta Center
Playoffs: did not qualify — eliminated March 18

The 52nd season for the franchise and the 47th in Salt Lake City was the first in which the modern purple mountain identity was fully in place, completing the phase-out of the black and yellow scheme that had been used since 2022–23. The "Icon" and "Association" uniforms both followed the mountain template with black and sky blue trim, and the "City" uniform revived the old "Red Rocks" gradient design recoloured to black and grey with sky blue accents.

38 in, 5 out. Every move the record shows for this season, with the reason where a source gives one. Where no reason is documented, the entry says nothing rather than guess.
