Trading card brands named on this site — including Topps, Bowman, Panini, Upper Deck, Fleer, SkyBox, Donruss, Beckett, PSA, BGS, SGC, TCMA and ProCards, among others — are trademarks of their respective owners. Every trademark named anywhere on this site remains the property of whoever owns it. Nothing here transfers, dilutes or claims any right in them.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Utah Jazz, the National Basketball Association, any of its teams, any players' association, or any card manufacturer or grading service.

These names are used only descriptively, to identify the players, teams and cards being written about — what United States trademark law calls nominative fair use. No team, league or manufacturer logo is reproduced anywhere in this site's own artwork, and nothing here is designed to suggest official approval. Where a logo appears incidentally on a card or item being documented, it appears only as part of the photograph of that object.

Every photograph published here was taken by me, of an item physically in my own collection. No image is copied from an auction listing, a dealer, an archive or another collector's website. If you believe a photograph on this site is yours, see corrections and takedown below and it will come down while I look into it.

Photographing a card you own does not make you the owner of the card's design. The printed design of a trading card, and the photography printed on it, remain the copyright of the manufacturer and of the photographers and licensors behind it. Those images appear here only as photographs of physical objects in a documentary archive — to record what exists, what is signed and what is still missing — not as reproductions offered for their own sake.

Images are deliberately published at reduced resolution, long edge no larger than 1200 pixels, so that neither a card nor a signature can be reproduced from this site in print quality. Location, date and device information is stripped from every file before it is published.

The signature on an item is the player's own. Photographing it here records that it exists; it makes no claim about it beyond what is written on the page, and it is not an authentication.

Career details, dates, statistics and biographical facts are compiled from public sources: Basketball-Reference, Wikipedia, contemporary newspaper reporting, team media guides and league transaction records. Facts themselves belong to nobody; the wording on these pages is my own, written from those sources rather than copied from them.

Where a page leans on a particular outside source, it links to it. This site does not control and is not responsible for anything on those websites.

This is a static website run by one person as a private hobby. There are no accounts, no comments and no advertising. The site uses one measurement tool, Google Analytics, and only if you agree to it. Until you say yes, the site sets no cookies and your browser makes no request to Google.

Google Analytics — only with your consent. On your first visit a small notice asks whether I may count your visit. If you say yes, your browser loads Google Analytics from Google. It sets two cookies on this domain (_ga and _ga_X6KT9G2HVW, kept for up to two years) and reports which pages you read, how long you stay, the kind of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country and city) and how you arrived here — for example, from a search. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. I use the numbers only to see which pages people find and to make the archive better. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, so the data is not used to show you ads or linked to your Google account. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; how Google handles it is explained at policies.google.com. The legal basis is your consent.

If you say no, nothing is loaded and nothing is set. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; saying no after a yes deletes the analytics cookies. Your answer is remembered in your own browser for a year, then you are asked again.

Your checklist view. If you pick a filter or a sort order on the checklist, your own browser remembers that choice so it is still there when you come back. It is kept on your device, in your browser’s local storage, together with your answer to the analytics question, and is never sent to this site or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

The contact form. There is one form on this site. What you type into it — your message, your email address, your name if you give one — is sent straight to my inbox and nowhere else. It is not stored on the website, there is no database behind it, and no third-party form service is involved: the form posts to this domain, and the message is passed to the mail provider that carries it. The form has no CAPTCHA, no scoring and no fingerprinting; the only spam defence is a hidden field that people never see and never fill in. You are always welcome to use plain email instead — the address is on every page.

Everything else comes from this site. Every file the site needs — including the typefaces — comes from everyjazzman.com itself, with no font service or outside content delivery network in between. The only outside request is Google Analytics, and only after you have said yes. The contact form posts to this domain and nowhere else. The fonts are Oswald and Lora, used under the SIL Open Font License, and their licence texts are published alongside them.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, it keeps standard technical logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and to keep the service running. I do not use them to identify anyone and I do not combine them with anything else.

If you write to me. I keep your message and your email address so that I can reply, and — where the message concerns an item — so that the archive keeps an honest record of how that item was found. That is the only reason. I do not add you to any mailing list, I do not sell or share your address, and no one else has access to it. Email is handled through Cloudflare and Google, who carry the message in transit.

Your rights. You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it. Use the contact form. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children and asks nothing of anyone.

This archive documents the 370 men who played for one basketball franchise. Their names, positions, seasons and career records are matters of public sporting record, published for the same reason an encyclopaedia or a newspaper archive publishes them: to keep an accurate account of something that happened in public.

Pages are built only from published sources. They carry no home addresses, no telephone numbers, no private email addresses and no family details beyond what is already part of the public record of a player's career.

If you are a player, a family member or someone acting for a player and you would like a page corrected, softened or taken down, write to me. I do not argue about it — I act on it.

One person runs this site and reads every message. If something here is wrong, out of date, or shouldn't be published, the fastest way to fix it is to tell me through the contact form.

If you hold rights in a photograph, a text or an image published here, write to me with enough detail to find it — a link to the page and a note on what is yours. I will take the material down while I look into it, rather than leave it up and argue. You do not need a lawyer to get my attention, and nothing here is important enough to fight over.

Everything here is published in good faith and offered for information only. Career details, dates and card descriptions are compiled from public sources and from my own collection, and some of it will be wrong. If you spot an error, tell me and I will correct it.

No warranty. The site is provided as it is. I cannot promise it is complete, accurate or always available, and I am not liable for any loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here is an authentication, an appraisal, a grading opinion or advice of any kind — if you need certainty about an item, take it to a recognised authentication service.

Nothing here is for sale. No page is an offer to buy or sell, no valuations or prices are published anywhere, and I am not a dealer. Where I ask to hear from someone about an item, that is the start of a conversation between collectors, not a contract.

The site may change or disappear at any time, and these terms may change with it. It is written and run by one private individual, not by a company.
