One collector is trying to find a single signature from every man who ever played for the Jazz — all 370 of them, from the 1974 New Orleans team to today. For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is Cody Williams: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. If you have a better example of his signature, or a story about it, the note at the foot of this page still stands.
Two Arizona state championships at Perry High and a five-star ranking made him the highest-rated recruit ever to sign with Colorado. After a Pac-12 All-Freshman season and a U19 World Cup with Team USA, Utah drafted him tenth overall in 2024.
The early NBA road has been steep — a minus-60 night against Charlotte in January 2026 set an unwanted league record — but two months later he answered with a career-high 34 points against Sacramento. In September 2026 Utah traded him to Minnesota with John Konchar for Josh Green. His older brother is Oklahoma City's Jalen Williams.
HOW HE CAME & WENTThe Jazz took him tenth overall on June 26, 2024 and signed him on July 2 to a four-year, $24.9 million rookie-scale contract. In September 2026 Utah traded him to Minnesota with John Konchar for Josh Green.
