Murry won a 2011 NIT title at Wichita State and went undrafted a year later, beginning one of basketball's great passport-filling careers. He played 51 games for the 2013-14 Knicks, then signed with Utah in August 2014 — his Jazz stay amounted to a single game on January 3, 2015, before he was waived the next day.
From there the map fills in: two D-League championships, and stops in Turkey, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Kuwait, Ukraine, and Mexico, where he won a CIBACOPA title with Astros de Jalisco before retiring in 2022. Today he develops players as a coach for the Philadelphia 76ers.
HOW HE CAME & WENTHe signed with Utah on August 28, 2014, and his season became a study in the churn of the roster's last spot.
