One collector is trying to find a single signature from every man who ever played for the Jazz — all 370 of them, from the 1974 New Orleans team to today. For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is Danuel House Jr.: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. If you own something he signed — or you know who might — there is a note at the foot of this page.
Raised in Houston's Fourth Ward, House starred for the hometown Cougars and then Texas A&M, sharing the 2016 SEC title and fueling the rally from 12 down in the final 44 seconds against Northern Iowa, the largest last-minute comeback in NCAA history. Undrafted in 2016, he pushed through a broken wrist, G League assignments and two-way contracts before securing an NBA career, reaching Utah for the 2021-22 season.
The grind defined him. Cut by Houston in training camp in 2017, he averaged 17.7 points a night in the Rio Grande Valley until Phoenix called with a two-way deal. He last played for the Philadelphia 76ers.
HOW HE CAME & WENTHe signed on January 6, 2022 as a hardship replacement while COVID tore through the roster, was brought back on second and third 10-day deals, then kept for the rest of the season on February 11, and left in free agency that summer for Philadelphia.
