Andre Owens

An Indiana All-Star out of Perry Meridian High in Indianapolis, Owens played for Indiana University, transferred to Houston, went undrafted, and still cracked the Jazz roster for 2005–06. The following July, Utah shipped him to Golden State alongside Devin Brown and Keith McLeod in the trade for Derek Fisher.

The passport filled quickly from there: Crvena zvezda in Serbia, Ankara, Lokomotiv in Russia, two Spanish clubs, Donetsk in Ukraine, Libolo of Angola, and a Vienna side in 2015. He came home to play in the BIG3 in 2017 and was named general manager of the Indy Express.

HOW HE CAME & WENTUndrafted, he signed as a free agent before the 2005-06 season and spent that one year in Utah. On July 12, 2006 the Jazz traded him with Devin Brown and Keith McLeod to Golden State for Derek Fisher.
