Mike Harris

Rice University's all-time leading scorer with 2,014 points, Harris built his career the hard way — Ukraine, the D-League, China. He won the 2009-10 D-League MVP and a championship with Rio Grande Valley, earning call-ups to Houston and Washington. The Jazz signed him in September 2013, and he averaged 4.2 points in 20 games before being waived that January.

Utah was one chapter in a genuinely global career. Harris was named MVP of Puerto Rico's league in 2013, then Finals MVP a year later while leading Leones de Ponce to a title, and helped Sichuan capture its first Chinese championship in 2016. He kept playing overseas until retiring in 2022.

Why this player is hard to find
Twenty games in 2013-14. Only one card of him is known, a college issue, and it is unsigned.
Already in the archive — but unsigned 1992-93 Cincinnati Bearcats 06kk. This card is on the shelf; the signature is the missing half. That is why Mike Harris still counts as an open position.
