Wisconsin's Mr. Basketball of 2001 became Big Ten Player of the Year at Madison and the fifth pick of the 2004 draft, arriving in Dallas via a draft-night trade. Devin Harris helped the Mavericks reach the 2006 NBA Finals, then blossomed after the 2008 trade for Jason Kidd, making the 2009 All-Star Game with New Jersey. His fifteen NBA seasons included a stop in Utah from February 2011 to July 2012.

Milwaukee born and raised, Harris was an all-conference volleyball player before basketball claimed him, and Wauwatosa East retired his number 20 in 2007. After hanging it up, he moved to the broadcast booth with Bally Sports Southwest.

HOW HE CAME & WENTHe arrived on February 23, 2011 in the Deron Williams trade and was handed the job of replacing a franchise cornerstone. Once Utah added Mo Williams it had four veteran point guards and no wings, so in July 2012 the Jazz traded him to Atlanta for Marvin Williams.
