Lou Amundson

Ten-day contracts were Amundson's doorway: after winning D-League Rookie of the Year with the Colorado 14ers, he signed two of them with the Jazz in February 2007 — his first NBA employment. The undrafted UNLV forward stretched that toehold into ten NBA seasons, becoming just the twelfth player ever to appear for at least ten franchises.

Swedish blood runs on his father's side — he lived in Stockholm for a time and hoped to play for Sweden's national team, but the immigration ministry rejected his citizenship application. His final stops were in the Philippines and with Japan's Kawasaki Brave Thunders in 2017–18.

HOW HE CAME & WENTUtah signed him to a 10-day contract on February 5, 2007 — the ninth Gatorade call-up from the D-League that season — and to a second on February 19. The contract ran its ten days out and was not renewed.
