Grayson Allen

One collector is trying to find a single signature from every man who ever played for the Jazz — all 370 of them, from the 1974 New Orleans team to today. For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is Grayson Allen: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. If you own something he signed — or you know who might — there is a note at the foot of this page.

Duke made him famous twice over. As a freshman in 2015 Allen scored 16 points in the national championship win, and by his sophomore year he was a 21-point scorer — though a string of tripping incidents brought a suspension, a stripped captaincy and a villain's reputation he worked to shed as a restored senior captain. Utah drafted him 21st in 2018.

His Jazz season proved a way station: traded to Memphis in July 2019, he moved on to Milwaukee in 2021 and Phoenix in 2023, and now plays for the Charlotte Hornets. Back at the 2014 McDonald's All-American festivities, he had won the dunk contest by leaping over future Duke teammate Jahlil Okafor.

HOW HE CAME & WENTUtah drafted him 21st overall in 2018 and traded him a year later, in the deal that brought Mike Conley to Salt Lake City.

Do you have anything signed by Grayson Allen?
A card. A photo. A program. A page from an old autograph book. Anything he put his name on.

You do not need to know what it is. Take a photo with your phone and send it to me. I will tell you what you have, for free, whether or not anything comes of it. I pay the postage both ways. I answer every message myself, usually the same day.

One question so I know you are a person and not a machine. Any Jazz follower will know it.

One person reads this. I answer every message myself, usually the same day.
