The fourth pick of the 1994 draft after a unanimous Big East Player of the Year season at UConn, Donyell Marshall logged fifteen NBA years across eight teams. Utah landed him in a 2000 four-team trade, and he spent two seasons as a frontcourt role player beside Karl Malone and John Stockton before signing with Chicago. In 2005 he tied Kobe Bryant's NBA record with 12 three-pointers in a single game for Toronto.
Coaching became the second act: assistant stops from George Washington to Buffalo, five years as head coach at Central Connecticut State, then the G League's Greensboro Swarm. His great uncle is football Hall of Famer Lenny Moore.
