One collector is trying to find a single signature from every man who ever played for the Jazz — all 370 of them, from the 1974 New Orleans team to today. For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is Darius Bazley: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. If you own something he signed — or you know who might — there is a note at the foot of this page.
Few draft stories were stranger than Darius Bazley's. The McDonald's All-American from Ohio signed with Syracuse, then skipped college for a $1 million internship with New Balance before Utah drafted him 23rd overall in 2019 — and traded him immediately. Four seasons in Oklahoma City followed, with a career-high 29 points in 2022, then stops in Phoenix and Philadelphia.
The Jazz finally signed him as a free agent in March 2024, and he averaged 8.0 points across six late-season games. His road since has run through Guangdong and the G League, interrupted by a serious leg injury at the 2025 Summer League.
HOW HE CAME & WENTUtah drafted him 23rd overall in 2019 and traded him away the same night. He came back on March 12, 2024 for the rest of the season and was waived that July.
