For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is CJ Miles: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. Drafted straight out of Dallas Skyline High in 2005 — 34th overall — Miles became the youngest player in Jazz history at 18 and the subject of Jerry Sloan's famous lecture about diapers and jockstraps. He grew up in the job across seven Utah seasons, scoring a career-high 40 against Minnesota in 2011, then hit a Cavaliers franchise-record ten threes in a 2014 game and played on for Indiana, Toronto, Memphis, Washington and Boston.
He married Lauren Smith, a college player at Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, in 2016, and they have three children. Since 2022 he has co-hosted Strictly Hoops, a Toronto Raptors podcast.
HOW HE CAME & WENTUtah drafted him 34th overall in 2005 straight out of high school, matched Oklahoma City's offer sheet in 2008 to keep him, and let him leave in free agency after seven seasons.
