Andy Toolson

His BYU career paused for two years while he served a church mission in Concepcion, Chile — he returned to average 18.3 points as a senior and make first-team Academic All-America. Undrafted, he signed with the Jazz in October 1990 and played 47 games, came back for 13 more in 1995–96, and spent much of the decade starring in Spain, winning the 1997 Copa del Rey with Joventut.

He added a master's degree from Syracuse in 1999, coached four seasons as a BYU assistant, then moved to the microphone as a radio and television analyst for Cougar basketball. He lives in Provo, Utah.
