Ömer Yurtseven

One collector is trying to find a single signature from every man who ever played for the Jazz — all 370 of them, from the 1974 New Orleans team to today. For many of them, this page is the only one on the internet. Here is Ömer Yurtseven: what he did on the floor, a few things most people never knew, and every card that carries his name. If you own something he signed — or you know who might — there is a note at the foot of this page.

Born in Tashkent to Turkish parents, Yurtseven was playing EuroLeague minutes for Fenerbahçe as a teenager and became, at 17, the youngest player at the time to appear in an NBA preseason game. He left for college at NC State and Georgetown, went undrafted, and earned his way onto the Miami team that reached the 2023 NBA Finals. Utah signed the center to a two-year deal in July 2023 and waived him after one season.

Back in Europe he starred for Panathinaikos, taking a EuroLeague round MVP with a 27-point night, before the club used an opt-out in his contract in February 2026. After 10-day contracts with Golden State, he signed with Real Madrid.

Do you have anything signed by Ömer Yurtseven?
A card. A photo. A program. A page from an old autograph book. Anything he put his name on.

You do not need to know what it is. Take a photo with your phone and send it to me. I will tell you what you have, for free, whether or not anything comes of it. I pay the postage both ways. I answer every message myself, usually the same day.

One question so I know you are a person and not a machine. Any Jazz follower will know it.

One person reads this. I answer every message myself, usually the same day.
