Jerrelle Benimon

Turnarounds were his specialty. After two quiet seasons at Georgetown, Benimon transferred to Towson and powered the greatest single-season reversal in Division I history — 1–31 to 18–13 — winning back-to-back Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year awards and twice finishing second in the nation in rebounding at 11.2 per game. In high school he once posted a quadruple-double.

The pro game gave him ten days. Undrafted in 2014, he was called up from the Idaho Stampede in March 2015 and played two games for the Jazz, then earned All-D-League first team honors as a rookie. The later road ran through China with Foshan and Qingdao, Germany's ratiopharm Ulm, and Bnei Herzliya in Israel.

HOW HE CAME & WENTHe signed a 10-day contract on March 6, 2015, taking the roster spot Jack Cooley had just vacated.
