Never played a minute
DRAFTWolfe Perry
Wolfe Perry came to the Jazz on June 25, 1979 and was gone by September 19, 1979. He never played a minute for them.
He was under contract. The record shows the club waiving him, and a man cannot be waived without first being under contract.
| Date | What the record says | |
|---|---|---|
| June 25, 1979 | arrived | 1979 NBA draft fifth round pick (#89 overall) |
| September 19, 1979 | left | waived |
The club that season: 1978–79 New Orleans Jazz · 1979–80 Utah Jazz.
He is not counted among the 370 men in the checklist, because that number is for players who actually took the floor. He is here because he was part of the franchise all the same, and because nobody else has written this down.
